MCO Report Card Released
Choosing a health insurance plan that works best for you and your family is important. To help you make that decision, the Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) works with IPRO to develop the 2025 managed care organization (MCO) report card. The report card, found here, grades MCOs on four major categories:
- Access to Care
- Member Experience
- Quality of Care
- Ease of Using Plan
